initial ideas:

- in terms of camera work, very low angle panning following subject,
- match on action (dropping cigarette)
- speed altering.
- close ups to hide identity
- methods of showing distress eg. hand held camera, blindfolded camera, soft focus.
- real sense of out of the ordinary as we show routine, then a break from routine. 
- heavy breathing.
- soft focus lack of glasses.
